Brief Introduction:
UBL series marine explosion-proof axial fans are designed and manufactured according to a series of electrical apparatus standards of explosive atmosphere, such as GB11799-2008 "Marine Explosion Proof Centrifugal Fans", GB3836.1-2000 "Electrical Apparatus for Explosive Atmospheres”, GB3836.2-2000“Electrical Apparatus for Explosive Atmospheres & Explosion-proof Electrical Equipment “d”, and “Rules for Building and Classing Steel Vessels”.
They are also examined and proved up to standard by Explosion-proof Inspection Authority of the P.R.C. and have acquired Explosion-proof Approval Certificate, as well as, examined and proved up to standard by Register of Shipping of the P.R.C. and acquired Product Ship Inspection Certificate.

Explosion-proof, safe & reliable in operation, compact in size, light weight, low noise, well anti-corrosion, capable of resisting swing, vibration, and shocking.
Structure:
Constructed in non-sparking in two types as below:
Type I (direct coupling type) The explosion-proof motor shaft is direct coupling to the impeller, and the fan casing is fixed on the flange of the explosion-proof motor.
